250g pastry. 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
125ml milk. 3 eggs.
150ml cream. 500 g pumpkin.
120g brown sugar.
First,cut the inside of the pumpkin into little cubes.
Next put the cubes and some water in a saucepan .Cook and wait for the liquid to evapore.Turn off.Leave it for 15 minutes.
Later beat the eggs. Mix with the pumpkin brown sugar,cinnamon,milk and cream.
Finally, put the pastry in a pie dish.Pour in the pumpkin mixture .Cook for 40 minutes at thermostat 6(200ºC)
