Sponge cake by Ainhoa

                                SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs

One glass of olive oil

Yoghurt

Two glasses of flour

One glass of sugar

Baking powder


                                                Method:


First, break the egss and beat them.

Then, add the flour and the olive oil.

Next, add the yoghurt, baking powder and the sugar.

Later, beat all the ingredients.

Finally, put the mixture in a tin and place it in the oven.
