Flapjacks by Hugo

 These are little cereal cakes so easy to make.

                                   INGREDIENTS

                225 grammes buter.
                  85 grammes sugar.
                    2 tablespoons honey.
                340 grammes porridge oats, pinch of salt.
                115 grammes raisins.


                                          METHOD

First, melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan.Turn off the heat.
Then, add the porridge oasts, the salt and the raisins. Mix well.
Later, put the mixture into a greased over dish . Flatten whit a spoon. .Bake at 
180ºc 20 to 30 minutes.
Finally, cut the flapjaks into rectangles. Eat after 30 minutes.
