Toffee apples by Iratxe

Ingredients for 8 people:

·8 red apples
·8 sticks
·450 grammes sugar
·juice of 1 lemon
·8 tablespoons water
·greaseproof paper

Method:

First,heat the sugar,lemon and water gently in a saucepan.Stir until dissolved.

When the sugar is dissolved,boil for eight minutes.

After,dip the apples into the toffee .Then, put  them on greaseproof paper to harden.

Finally,the toffee apples are ready for your HALLOWEEN party.

Cooking time:About 20 minutes.

Result:Mmmm...delicious toffee apples
