Pancakes by Christofer


Ingredients:

Makes about 12

1 cup plain flour

Sprinkles of salt

1 egg

1 1/4 cups milk

A little oil to grease a frying pan

Lemon juice to sprinkle

Sugar  over pancakes

Cream  or ice-cream, to serve



Method:
First, sift flour and salt into mixing bowl. Add the egg and milk.pancakesNext, whisk till smooth. Set aside for 1 hour.
Later, gently heat a 20 cm frypan.
After, pour butter in to jug.After that, pour about 3 tablespoons into a pan.
Next, lift edges with a knife.When golden, flip it over and cook the other side.
Then, place on kitchen paper. Sprinkle lemon and sugar over.
Finally, roll up and serve hot with whipped cream or ice cream if you like.
