Brownies by Martina





                                                        BROWNIES       



                                                             INGREDIENTS

 200 G butter
         

2 cups brown sugar 


1 teaspoon imitation vanilla essence


 2 eggs

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 cup chopped walnuts




                                    METHOD


First, turn oven to 180ºC.  Grease  a  tin.

   
Then,  put butter + cocoa in  big pan. Melt gently . don´t  boil it!

 Later,  add sugar and vanilla. Stir it really well 

 After that, take off  heat . sift  in  the flour . stir it in.

 Next, add eggs . Beat them  in really well 
.  
  Later, add chopped walnuts.
   After that, spread  evenly in tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes 

  Finally, ice with chocolate icing..
