Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
Procedure:
First, put the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Then, beat the eggs (in a different bowl)
Next, dip the fish into the eggs. Then, dip then into the breadcrumbs
And last ,heat the vegetable oil. Fry the fish fillets for 10 minutes. Serve with chips.
