First, melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a bain-marie. Stir.

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

 salt

 1 cup water

 1/2 cup lemon juice

2 egg whites

                                               Method

 First, mix 3/4 of the cup of sugar, salt and water. Next, boil it, then simmer it for 5 minutes.Then ,put it in the refrigerator.

 After, add the cream, then the lemon juice. Later ,put it into a plastic container. Then, freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

 Later, beat the egg whites add 1/4 cup of sugar. Beat the mixture

Next, break the frozen mixture with a fork. Later ,mix in the egg whites

Finally, put the mixture in the freeze for 2 hours.

Ingredients:

400 grammes ground beef

lettuce

2 big pickles

2 tomatoes

ketchup

1 big spoon oil.

Method

First, make four hamburger steaks with the ground  beef.
Next, heat the oil in a frying pan cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each  side.
Later,cut the hamburger  buns in two.
After that,toast them.

Then,cut the tomatoes and the pickles

Finally,,make the hamburgers with the buns, the tomatoes, the steaks,and some lettuce and ketchup.

50 grammes strawberries.
3 scoops strawberry ice-cream
 strawberry syrup
whipped cream
 sprinkles.

Method:

First , wash and slice the strawberries.

Then , put layers of strawberrries and ice cream in a glass.

After , pour on some strawberry syrup.

Finally , put whipped cream and sprinkles on top.

Makes about 12

1 cup plain flour

Sprinkles of salt

1 egg

1 1/4 cups milk

A little oil to grease a frying pan

Lemon juice to sprinkle

Sugar  over pancakes

Cream  or ice-cream, to serve

Method:
First, sift flour and salt into mixing bowl. Add the egg and milk.Next, whisk till smooth. Set aside for 1 hour.
Later, gently heat a 20 cm frypan.
After, pour butter in to jug.After that, pour about 3 tablespoons into a pan.
Next, lift edges with a knife.When golden, flip it over and cook the other side.
Then, place on kitchen paper. Sprinkle lemon and sugar over.
Finally, roll up and serve hot with whipped cream or ice cream if you like.

1  tablespoon honey

Method
First, peel and cut the banana into pieces.Put them into a mixer.
After,add the milk and honey. Next, mix well
Later, serve in two glasses with straws.
Finally, try it with other fruits; strawberries, apricots....

                                                   LEMON CURD

Ingredients:

85 g butter, softened
200 g sugar
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
180 ml fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated
lemon zest

Method:

First, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Next, slowly add the eggs and yolks. Beat for 1 minute.
Later, mix in the lemon juice. Put  in the lemon curd in the fridge.
Finally, serve the lemon curd on toast. 
It´s delicious!

                                    BAKED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

4 big potatoes
20 grammers butter
8 slices of cheese

METHOD

First, wash and dry the potatoes.
Next, bake the potatoes in the oven at 200ºC
Then, take out the potatoes. Make a cut across the middle.
Finally, add the butter and cheese.put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

 These are little cereal cakes so easy to make.

                                   INGREDIENTS

                225 grammes buter.
                  85 grammes sugar.
                    2 tablespoons honey.
                340 grammes porridge oats, pinch of salt.
                115 grammes raisins.

                                          METHOD

First, melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan.Turn off the heat.
Then, add the porridge oasts, the salt and the raisins. Mix well.
Later, put the mixture into a greased over dish . Flatten whit a spoon. .Bake at 
180ºc 20 to 30 minutes.
Finally, cut the flapjaks into rectangles. Eat after 30 minutes. 

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES by MARCOS

INGREDIENTS: 

200 grams flour.                                        1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon salt.                                      125 grams butter.
125 grams sugar.                                       1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
200 grams white chocolate chips

METHOD:

First, mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Later, mix the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the vanilla and the egg.

After that, mix the contens of the two bowls, add the white 
chocolate chips.

Then, with a spoon, put the mixture onto the greased baking sheets.

Finally , bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
