Chocolate truffles by Miriam

INGREDIENTS

100 grammes muesli
50 grammes sugar
50 grammes butter
50 grammes chocolate
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons chocolate powder
How to do it:

First, mix the muesli and sugar in a bowl.
Then, rub the butter into the mixture with your fingers.
After that grate the chocolate into the mixture.
Add the orange juice.
Mix the ingredients.
Next flatten the mixture into the bottom of the bowl.
Put it in the fridge for eight hours.
Finally, shape the mixture into small balls and roll in
chocolate powder.

                                       Ingredients

1packet of taco mix (8 tacos) with salsa sauce.

500grammes of minced beef.

Chopped lettuce.Chopped tomato.

150 grammes of grated cheese.






       


                                      RECIPE

First, cook the minced beef in a frying pan with the taco mix.

            Then, fill the tacos with the minced beef.

           After that, add lettuce, tomato and cheese.

Finally, add the salsa sauce. It´s delicious with guacamole and sour cream.

chocolate chips cookies by Jokin



Ingredients
275grames of flour
1teaspoon of salt
1teaspoon of baking soda
250grames of butter
250grames of brown sugar
2eggs
1teaspon of vanillia
300grames of chocolate chips

recipe
First, preheat the oven to 180º. Meanwhile grease 2 or3 baking trays. 
Then, mix the teaspoon of salt, the soda and the flour.
Later, mix the brown sugar and the buter.
Next, add the vanilla and the 2eggs.
After, add the first mixture and the chocolate.
Finally, put the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 10 or 8 minutes.

They are delicious.

Baked potatoes by Pablo

                                                                          



Baked potatoes are also called jacket potatoes



INGREDIENTS

-four big potatoes

-20 grammes butter

-8 slices of cheese




                                           METHOD

First,wash and dry the potatoes.                                 

 After that,bake the potatoes in  the oven for one hour at 200ºC. 

 Then,take out the potatoes.Make a cut across the middle.                                           Finally, add the butter and cheese.                                                                                Put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

                                                   INGREDIENTS

                                          250 grammes milk chocolate

                                         100 grammes puffed rice or cornflakes


                                         

                                                          METHOD

        First, melt the chocolate in a suacepan over a bain-marie. Stir.

       After that, put the puffed rice in the chocolate.Stir

       Then,spoon the mixture into paper cases.

       Finally, Leave them to cool for one hour.

INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                                                                                     8 red apples                     
8 sticks
450 grammes sugar
juice of 1 lemon
8 tablespoons water
greaseproof paper 

METHOD

First, heat the sugar, lemon, water gently in a saucepan. stir until dissolved.
Once the sugar is dissolved, boil for 8 minutes.
Finally, put the apples in the toffee and then on greaseproof paper to harden.
Toffee apples are ready!

                                                                       INGREDIENTS



                                                    1 cup sugar, salt, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup cream,                                                                                                1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 egg whites.



                                                                           METHOD


First, mix 3/4 of the cup of sugar, salt and water. Boil it, then simmer it for 5 minutes. put it in the refrigerator.

Then, add the cream and then the lemon juice. put it into a plastic container. Freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

After, that beat the egg whites. Add 1/4 cup of sugar. Beat the mixture.

Later, break the frozen mixture with a fork. Mix in the egg whites.

Finally, put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.

                                                                ROCK CAKES

            Ingredients:
 
           240 grammes of flour
           2 teaspoons of baking powder
           1 teaspoon of mixed spice
           120 grammes of butter
           120 grammes of sugar
           180 grammes of raisins
            candied peel
            4-5 tablespoons of orange juice

            METHOD

           First ,grease with butter a baking tray and preheat the oven to 210ºC.
          After that, mix the flour, the baking powder, the mixed spice and rub in
          the butter.
          Next, add sugar, raisins, candied peel and orange juice.
          Later, shape the mixture into small heaps in the baking tray and sprinkle them
          with sugar.
           Finally, bake for 12 minutes and serve after 30 minutes.
         
                                                    


Easter eggs by Lourdes


                                                           EASTER EGGS



INGREDIENTS


250g marzipan
125g icing sugar
2 tablespoons hot water 
hundreds and thousands cocktail sticks








                                                           Method

First,shape the marzipan into sixteen eggs.
Then,sift the icing sugar into a bowl, add water and make a smooth paste.
Next,with the cocktail sticks,dip the eggs into the icing sugar.
Finally,roll in the hundred and thousands.
Leave for 30 minutes.
